The Company
Self funded start up which has grown significantly based on its initial founding investment now seeks an individual contributor who has the potential to lead and build out a sales team for them as they look to grow to the next stage in their business. You will have a track record working in and around the recruitment marketplace and have sold SaaS for the last five years.

- Providing organizations with digital solutions that combine the power of data & real worls experiences
Role:
- New business enterprise sales
- Basic salary up to £80k + 50k OTE much of the team earning significantly more, strong culture and benefits package
- Six figure ARR deals
- Remote role with team meet ups
Candidate:
- Strong sales cycle management skills with a track record of closing deals in SaaS, on an enterprise level dealing with multiple personas
- Experience dealing with senior executives (CIO’s, SVP’s beneficial)
- Someone who enjoys the thrill of generating and executing plans for securing new logos
The Role
NB sales for an IC who can run a team with a track record in Saas Sales.
Your role will be to build out the sales function leading by example selling and hiring a couple of sales people to work with you in order for the business to get to its growth targets this year.
You need to have between five and 10 years worth of sales experience and ready for the next step with good access to London as they'll require you in the office three days a week building out the team and leading by example.
