Job DescriptionThe firm is seeking a dynamic and passionate Change Analyst to work closely with the Change Manager, leading IT transformations and making a significant impact in the business.
This is a new role to support the growth of the IT Function.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Chair weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring all Requests for Change (RFCs) are accurate and compliant.
- Be the Change Agent: Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure smooth IT transitions, optimising processes, and driving continuous improvements.
- Own the Process: Support release management activities and champion ITIL-aligned processes for efficiency.
- Document & Deliver: Review and document change requests, securing necessary approvals.
- Innovate & Implement: Play a key role in rolling out internal change management tools.
What You Bring:
- Experience that Counts: 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
- ITIL Expertise: Background in ITIL, with a focus on process improvement.
- Communication & Organisation: Ability to manage projects under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy Edge: Familiarity with industry-specific tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
