A leading, elite, boutique private equity firm based in the heart of London - Mayfair. This busy London office are looking for an Executive Assistant to join them, providing senior, flawless support to 3 Executives. This role requires experience in private equity.
The Job:
- Business Assistant support, including supporting on the deal process, corresponding with Investors, researching and creating Investor information
- Logistics: meticulous and flawless scheduling across multiple locations, with different travel methods. Being able to proactively manage ever changing scheduling
- Diary management: Ensuring your Executives are supported through complete diary control.
- Events management: Scheduling, creating, sourcing, running events for the London office.
- Project Management: where needed, being able to support on various projects, liaising between different project teams to ensure smooth running of all London operations.
Experience required:
- Private equity/financial services industry experience
- Experience working with clients, including Investor liaising, PowerPoint and material creation.
- Project management experience including proven experience supporting a deal team.
