Job DescriptionMy client a start-up Fintech are looking to hire a People Operations Advisor on 2-month temporary contract. This role is based in London, but you can work largely from home.
Duties will include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries in Eastern Europe, continental Europe, UK and Ireland on HR policies, benefits, compensation and absences
- Support the wider HR team with key people processes such as payroll and performance reviews,
- Acting as the initial POC for Employee Relations issue
- Administering leave
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a seamless experience for new and departing employees
- Coordinate new joiner sessions and handle necessary paperwork
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Gather and review payroll data ensuring accuracy for submission to providers
- Maintain accurate employee records, benefits information, and compliance records.
