Job DescriptionOur client are a leading alternative asset manager firm headquartered in London.
With around 700 employees globally, they are growing incredibly quickly and are looking to hire an HR Project Manager. This individual will come into the business and play an essential role when it comes to delivering strategic HR projects and business as usual initiatives year round. In this role you will be responsible for creating an annual calendar of key HR projects and BAU activities, managing allocation of projects and day-to-day oversight of all projects and ensuring the business is on track with their deliverables.
The role will enable the successful individual to engage with senior stakeholders within the HR function, as well as work with teams across the business to ensure projects are being successfully executed.
Desirable Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management (ideally with a focus on HR projects)
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Experience using a variety of project management programmes (namely Microsoft Project or Jira)
- Experience with the Workday platform
- Ability to work across changing priorities
- Prior experience managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders
