Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Executive to build our programmatic advertising efforts and drive excellence in campaign execution. The Senior Programmatic Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sophisticated programmatic strategies, optimising campaign performance, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programmatic advertising, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of programmatic advertising strategies across multiple channels, including display, video, mobile, and native.
- Oversee campaign setup, including audience segmentation, targeting, and bid strategy implementation.
- Utilise programmatic buying platforms (e.g., DSPs, DMPs) to execute campaigns and maximise performance.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and proactively optimise to meet client KPIs and objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation and campaign enhancement.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to inform campaign strategy and optimisation tactics.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, campaign management, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic buying.
- Proven expertise in programmatic buying platforms such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
- Experience managing programmatic campaigns across various channels and formats, with a track record of driving results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads and/or IAB certification(s) a plus.
- Experience with ad verification and brand safety tools is desirable.
