Location: Berkshire
Working 3 days in office 2 days from home
Salary: £75,000 + bonus and company car
JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to oversee the large payroll function and make a impact from the get go!
You will be responsible for:
- Lead the payroll team to maximize system utilisation whilst processing for over 3,000 employees.
- Serve as the payroll systems and processes expert, advising on technical and legislative matters.
- Manage payroll reporting and payments for HMRC and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Approve and reconcile HMRC and third-party payments, such as pensions and employee benefits.
- Oversee payroll systems, advised HR on upgrades, and supported internal and external audits
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in a Payroll Managers role, leading a team of 3+
- Oracle experience essential
- Experience bringing an outsourced payroll, in-house
- Be available to start in September.
