Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Paid Marketing Specialist to drive online sales growth while managing profitability across Central European markets. This role is crucial in optimizing and scaling our paid traffic efforts, with a focus on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and paid social media campaigns. You’ll be instrumental in expanding Euroflorist’s presence in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Poland, and The Netherlands through strategic and data-driven paid marketing initiatives.

- Cost Per Acquisition and Return on Ad Spend within each channel
Responsibilities and Authority
- Paid Traffic Performance: Drive overall paid traffic performance across Central European markets (DE, NL, BE, AT, PL).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Traffic and other team members to grow online order volume for Central Europe.
- Optimization: Optimize paid campaigns to meet market-level CPO targets, in collaboration with the Head of Traffic.
- Channel Expansion: Establish and develop new paid traffic channels to diversify Euroflorist’s channel mix, increase online order volume, and improve profitability.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate large amounts of campaign data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Test and Learn: Implement a test-and-learn approach across all paid traffic channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from E-commerce, marketing, and content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (WO level) in International Business, Marketing & Communications, Economics & Business Administration, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in online marketing and web analytics.
- Knowledge of brand awareness concepts and measurement.
- Self-learner who stays up-to-date on online marketing and eCommerce trends.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics 4, Lookerstudio.
- Excellent command of English is essential; proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods, including weekends and evenings.
