Job DescriptionMLC Partners are working with a NHS Trust to recruit a Management Accountant on a 6-month contract. The trust are interested in candidates that come from a public sector background or experience within a big 4. This is a great role for someone to step into a role that has opportunities for growth and development.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Management, main responsibilities include:
- Supporting in managing month-end including sending out the timetable and organising meetings.
- Supporting the variance and trend analysis of the monthly and YTD positions.
- Supporting the Financial Performance team with managing the efficiencies tracker as part of monthly reporting.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working in a Management Accountant role.
- Part qualified or newly qualified.
- Experience of efficiency reporting would be a bonus.
- Must be organised and a self-starter, someone who is happy to get stuck in and support the team.
This role is hybrid and the successful candidate will be required on-site on Monday each week, with the rest of the week being flexible.
