Their office is set to open in September, located in the heart of London near Holborn/the British Museum.
Job Title: Property Sales Manager/Real Estate Agent
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 base salary + commission (around £60,000 OTE)
Location: Central London (Holborn)
Contract Type: Permanent (full time)
Start Date: September 2024

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and mentor a team of dedicated sales agents to achieve and exceed targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to optimize sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven property management experience with a strong track record.
- Minimum 2 years of estate sales experience, ideally within PCL area
- Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency valuations and listings, ideally within PCL area
Skills and Knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of the London property market (PCL area)
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in using Rightmove Plus and Zoopla Pro.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
