As a Programme Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our projects' success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and refining strategy, methodologies, and work practices for the project team.
- Maintaining regular communication with key accounts to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Proficiently managing project portfolios and timelines.
- Generating comprehensive project solution documentation.
- Setting, monitoring, and adapting project objectives as needed.
- Overseeing variations to project scope through effective change control procedures.
- Providing support to colleagues as required to ensure project success.
- Ensuring timely and efficient adherence to deadlines.
- Mentoring and guiding project staff, including third-party contributors and contractors.
- Adhering to WB Power Services Ltd ISO9001/14001/ISO 45001 policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, utilities, or mechanical projects.
- Proficiency in managing teams with diverse technical expertise and seniority levels.
- Preferably, previous exposure to mechanical environments.
- Strong familiarity with project management processes and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Competence in IT systems, with a willingness to learn our ERP.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- A knack for engaging with customers from various industries.
