Are you a seasoned Planning Lawyer ready to make an impact at one of the UK's leading independent law firms?
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Associate / Partner in Planning to join our ambitious team. You’ll be part of a growing firm with a reputation for excellence, providing advice on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning law to NHS trusts and ICBs, landowners, developers, planning consultants, local authorities, and other professionals involved in development.
The firms planning law solicitors offer expert advice on the Town and Country Planning Act, related legislation, and Environmental Impact Assessments focused on health and population. We also handle Section 106 agreements, the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), planning enforcement, appeals, Judicial Reviews (JR), Section 288 challenges, and other regulatory matters.

In order to apply you should have at least 7 years PQE as a Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive, the firm is willing to consider those looking to step up into a partnership role.
