Job DescriptionOur client are a 30 employee Ecommerce Company. They are well funded and growing.
They are looking for a Customer Services Associate to join the team. This person will manage all incoming client communication and help to resolve product and order queries.
You will be a graduate or have 1 - 2yrs Customer Services experience. Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Maintain an excellent level of customer care
▪ Handle a high volume of incoming communications on Zendesk via a range of channels (online and phone)
▪ Ensure all queries are responded to within our KPIs
