The role is for a “hands-on” Loans Administration Manager to supervise and manage a team of 4 Loans Operations Analysts. The department is small and encompasses joint Loans Documentation/ Loans Middle Office and Loans Administration/ Loans Back Office responsibilities).The person will be responsible for doing the actual day-to-day Loans Operations role, but also overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of other Loans Operations staff and to also be responsible for the smooth management and running of the company’s Loans department.This is an excellent opportunity for an established, but growing West End based Institutional Asset Manager.Our client is looking for a “hands-on” Loans Administration Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader ideally from either Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Custody background.The role will involve lots of different Loans Operations projects and streamlining of current (Loans) Operations processes. You will be required to come-up with new ideas and not be afraid to collaborate and think of new ways of working, putting those ideas onto paper, working with managers and implementing change.
