We’re 8-time winners of the Tatler Gym Awards.About the role:The Client Advisor is the first point of contact for our visitors. They are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, enhancing the client experience, monitoring studio standards and supporting the whole studio team.Our ideal applicant is proactive, organised, enthusiastic and passionate about health and fitness.What you’ll do:Ensuring the best possible experience for each client, greeting & offering assistance wherever possibleRespond to client queries in person, over the phone and via emailBeing fully aware of the day’s schedule and appointments, managing clear communication across the studio teamPromoting our various services and Circle of CareEncouraging clients to purchase block bookings, retail or physio productsMaintaining studio standards, re-stocking and supporting administrationWhat you'll bring:Confident delivering premium customer service; face-to-face, over the phone or by emailExperience working in lifestyle or fitness is a plusPractical experience managing bookings and reservationsKnowledge of Mind Body Online is highly desirableWhat could Ten Health & Fitness offer you?Free Pilates classes for you and a nominated person - worth over £8,400 paDiscounted physiotherapy and massage£11.50 per hour + performance-based commissionPaid lunch break per dayContinuous professional development opportunitiesAdditional annual leave per year of service
