Commercial Insights ManagerGlobal Media & Entertainment BusinessPreston, UK (3 days p.w on site)Up to £75,000 + bonusFutureheads has one again partnered with a global media business whose network of entertainment brands reach over 25 million consumers in the UK alone.The business has been undergoing a significant digital transformation over the last few years, leveraging more cutting edge technology to become more insights-led and to create new and innovative experiences of it’s consumers.As part of this ongoing journey, they’re scaling across numerous departments and we’re currently supporting them in their search to find a Commercial Insights Manager for their audio division.The role will involve managing a team of 4 Data Analysts and will focus on driving the commercial success of consumer competitions across their high-profile radio brands. The successful candidate will manage P&L performance, shape long-term strategies and identify growth opportunities based on market trends and consumer behavior.This will suit an inquisitive, driven, commercially-minded individual – somebody with a successful track record of managing teams, spotting what stories are lurking within data, and translating those into actionable insights which have improved business performance.Requirements:Experience managing a team of data / commercial analystsProven experience in a relevant commercial roleComprehensive understanding of how to derive insights from data and translate these into decisions and actionsAble to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with technical and non-technical peopleGood working knowledge of Power BI (or equivalent)Previously managed a P&LMedia or entertainment experience is beneficial but not essential
