We are looking to recruit an Onsite Account Coordinator, based in Biggin Hill to provide support for Contractors and Global Engineering Workers (GEW) as well as acting as the main point of contact for JMC Aviation in relation to recruitment for the site. Salary & Benefits:Basic salary of £30,500 - £34,500 (Including 15% Weighting allowance)Annual Bonus (Following the successful completion of your Probationary Period)Modern, air-conditioned office with free on-site parking Team BBQs and Staff days that incorporate family and partners We have some fantastic company benefits including Private Healthcare, Life Cover, Income Protection and a Cycle to Work Scheme The responsibilities of the Onsite Account Coordinator will involve:Conduct JMC contractor/GEW inductionsRunning through GEW Induction ChecklistOrganise contractor security and identification passesManage the attendance of all JMC contractor/ GEW personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinatorMonitor GEW Annual leave requests, sickness and unauthorised absences on Breathe, this will including performing return to work forms.Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issuesResponsible for distribution of JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not wornHelp with contractor/ GEW queries that are raisedEnsure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration TeamAct as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirementsLiaise with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facilityMaintain appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of toolingProcessing Timesheets ( Site specific )/ assisting with MTRKeeping GEW Weekly Registers/ Staff ListsMonthly checks of JMC GEW Tool Boxes and add the ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.Monitor the GEW's uploading of Tasks on a daily/ weekly basisConducting JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW's ( monthly/ 3 monthly ) and uploading these to ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.Arranging Accommodation for GEW'sMeeting GEW's when they arrive in Country/ take them to accommodationAssist GEW's in obtaining BRP from designated Post OfficeAssist the Recruitment Team in recruitment on down timeLearn and adhere to JMC UKVI processes/ GEW Manager HandbookPerform Right to Work ChecksConduct GEW Exit InterviewsOther duties as directed by Line Manager In order to be successful in this role, the Onsite Account Coordinator will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:Strong organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsBeing able to work to tight deadlinesAbility to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own workAttention to detail is essentialProfessional telephone mannerFlexibility within the roleAbility to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understoodExperience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systemsExperience working in an aviation environment (Desirable but not essential) If you think this is the role for you and you have the necessary skills and attributes, please apply today or contact JMC Aviation for more details.
