Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are working with our client based in the West Lothian area to recruit an Internal Sales Executive on a permanent basis due to continued company success and growth.Based within the Sales team and Customer Service team, you will deal with existing and lapsed customers as well as converting potentially new customers, developing a strong relationship in order to organically grow customer account and increase sales revenue.Responsibilities includeEstablish and maintaining customer relationshipsBuild an effective call cycle in order to maintain regular contact with customersIdentify opportunities with customers to sell additional products and servicesProvide technical product specification, availability and pricingProactively contact customers to promote new products and advise of product launchesBuild sales quotes for customers including follow up and closeAs require, deliver presentations to customers on products, this would be mostly online meetings but on occasion these could be in personMaintain sales pipeline and forecastingProvide reports on sales activities and achievementsEnsure CRM database is updates and accurateDeal with any customer issues and complaints, resolving in a timely mannerProcess sales orders, arrange returns and send invoice and credit information to accounts for processingBackground requiredPrevious experience of working in a similar sales, customer relationship development &/or account management roleCommitted to delivering exceptional customer service levelsStrong communication skills, able to build relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teamsExperience of building sales pipeline and forecasting using relevant softwareConfident IT skills including MS Office and CRM databasesEffective problem solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy
