We are collaborating with an FDA-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Device leader to appoint two Business Development Managers in the South of England. Develop and execute a clear sales plan that reflects the company’s values and objectives. Foster strong relationships with Surgeons, Hospitals and key decision-makers in the Cosmetic, Plastic and Reconstructive surgery sector. Maintain the brand’s standing through consistent delivery of high standards and a customer-first approach. Hit and exceed sales targets consistently. Attend relevant industry events to build your network and generate new business. Work closely with the marketing team to offer feedback from the field and suggest tactical improvements.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in surgical device sales, ideally within breast implants, surgical meshes etc. Highly driven with a results-focused attitude. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Confident in training others and presenting product information. Well-presented and professional, with a passion for delivering quality. Entrepreneurial with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. History of driving revenue and achieving business growth. Strategic mindset with the ability to position products effectively in the market. Fluent in business English.
