Leading international law firm seeks a Senior Conflict Analyst, this is a brand-new role within the Compliance & Risk Department:Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)Hours - 09:30 – 17:30Generous remuneration packageThe firm is in the process of implementing a new business intake system using Intapp’s Conflicts and Intake products so, a new Senior Conflicts Analyst is required.Senior Conflicts Analyst Key Responsibilities:Reviewing and clearing conflicts checks.Liaising with fee-earners to resolve conflicts.Tracking clients with negotiated engagement terms that contain special requirements around conflicts.Keeping the firm’s red and amber client lists up to date.Ensuring that the firm’s policies and procedures are adhered to.Providing training on conflicts to more junior team members.Senior Conflicts Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:At least 4 years of conflicts analyst experience, ideally within a large international firm.Clear understanding of relevant professional rules and guidance.Experience of US conflicts rules would be helpful (as the firm has some fee-earners who are subject to US bar rules).Experience of working with Intapp Conflicts products is desirable.Experience of implementing process change.
