An award-winning international financial planning and investment management organisation is seeking an experienced Paraplanner (CF30) to join their expanding London team. With a robust presence in the UK, they provide top-tier financial advice to institutions and high-net-worth private clients, managing around £100 billion in client funds globally. This a client facing Paraplanner role with clear scope to move into an Advisory role in the future.Duties:Conduct fact-finding calls with clients to evaluate objectives, portfolio holdings, time horizon, cash flow needs, and financial situation to determine a suitable asset allocation recommendation.Review and formulate plans for clients with highly specialized situations.Review clients' existing pension and investment bond arrangements to determine whether a transfer or surrender is suitable.Communicate advice directly to clients.Prepare written proposals and recommendations for transfers and present this advice to confirm client understanding.Collaborate with other departments to provide optimal client outcomes by developing new resources and offering training.Participate in ad hoc projects to enhance the efficiency of the PCA Group.Adhere to the T&C scheme to ensure regulatory compliance related to the provision of regulated advice.Your Qualifications:A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Level 4 Qualification – CII Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning or CISI Investment Advice Diploma preferred.3+ years of financial services experience required.Strong understanding of financial planning principles and client suitability.Experience working with accuracy and excellent organizational and time-management skills.Quantitative in nature.Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment.Must undergo an initial Fit and Proper (F&P) assessment before performing the role independently, with annual assessments required to ensure ongoing suitability for the role.Opportunities:Excellent long-term development opportunities in the UK and Europe.Potential career paths include Financial Adviser roles and various operational, managerial, and marketing positions.Continuous growth offers numerous career advancement options.Compensation and Benefits:Basic salary ranging from £60k to £67k.Bi-annual bonuses 28 days holiday.Pension scheme (5% employer contribution, up to an additional 5% match, totalling 15%).Private Medical Insurance.Dental insurance.Hybrid working model after Join a dynamic and growing team in a role that offers exceptional career growth and a first-class remuneration package.
