To support their diverse portfolio of clients, as well as support with onboarding and growing relationships with potential new business clients.The Senior Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Client Services Director and liaising with the client's subject matter experts (including data scientists / analysts / planners / technicians), to deliver exceptional service and strategy to client stakeholders.This is a great opportunity to learn and take on a crucial role, where the successful candidate will be empowered to own, manage and drive their accounts autonomously, with support from management and specialists.The type of work you could be involved with managingThe large portfolio of clients provides the opportunity to be part of solving a myriad of challenges and use technology and data in increasingly creative and interesting ways to unearth new insights to solve business problems and needs.Main Duties & Responsibilities:Key strategic liaison and trusted partner to their clientsDevelop profitable and enduring relationships.Help define, lead and implement the strategic direction and growth plans of client accounts, aligned to their business strategy and needs.Create proposals for identified and speculative projects, adopting a proactive and consultative approach with an always-on focus on growth and opportunity seekingPrepare for and facilitate client meetings, including presentations, status and review meetingsCollate client business requirements to deliver clear briefs/proposals and estimations: working closely with the internal teams to define the brief/scope of workBe responsible for co-ordinating internal team to deliver positive, high quality client outcomes always, ensuring smooth and effective delivery, on time and on budgetSupport commercial and profitability initiatives, including delivering budget targets, securing additional revenue and protecting profitsSkillsExcellent time management, project management and organisational skills essentialStrong evidence of relationship management of strategic accountsLeadership and negotiation skillsCommercial acumenExperience5+ years account management experienceExperience in strategic account management / commercial managementKnowledge and understanding of data analytics and technical capabilities(Sustainability, retail, banking experience an advantage but not required)This is Hybrid role, 3 days a week in the Central London offices and paying up to £55,000pa (DOE)
