Arabic Speaking PA – Hammersmith – £30,000 My client, a luxury property investment & development firm with a portfolio across Europe, The Middle East, Africa and the Americas, are seeking an Arabic Speaking Personal Assistant to the Senior Director.Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, award winning and progressive environment!Duties:Serve as first point of contact and gatekeeper to the DirectorDiary / Travel / Expense management and chase management of important tasks and deadlinesAttend board meetings with management, take minutes and distribute informationPrepare and review months reports, presentations and correspondenceDatabase management and filing documentsProofread and translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versaWork closely with the manager to ensure the business complies with legislation and regulationsSupport the Director with UK project management ensuring deadlines are metExperience Required:Must be fluent in Arabic and EnglishExperience in an administrative / PA roleExperience in the property industry is desirable but not essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident, proactive and organisedHighly adaptable and ability to work in a fast paced environmentHours: Office Based Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pmSalary: £30,000
