Easihold has taken the market by storm racking up over a 100million views on TikTok and becoming a go to product for people across the globe. In this role you will be working closely with our Team ensuring they receive the World Class Vuba customer service and products that we strive for!As an Operations Manager at Vuba, you will:Drive excellence, best practice, operational controls, cost savings and service improvementsEnsure production capacity matches demand, in the short and long term, through control of overtime, manning levels, shift working, capital investment where justified or improvement in efficienciesPurchase raw materials, finished goods, packaging and other materialsContinually improve, update and maintain standard working procedures, method statements and QA practicesWork with the sales team to convert the sales forecast into a production planMaintain reports of suppliers, based on quality, timeliness and priceForecast volume increases and decreases and communicate these changes to suppliers within agreed lead timesUtilise historic data, current trends and budgets to forecast consignment stock levels in 3PL warehouses globallyProvide analysis of product and goods wastage and recommendations on where cost improvements can be made or pack sizes can be adjustedPromote safe working practices and assist with all aspects of H&S complianceEnact analytical thinking, with the ability to apply numerical skills, thinking critically and checking for errors or varianceCarry out regular performance appraisals, retraining and reskilling as appropriate to the Company’s needsCarry out general administrative responsibilities within the departmentWe’re looking for somebody who has:Experience organising and planning in a manufacturing environmentEducated to degree level, or equivalent, with relevant experience as defined below.NEBOSH or working towards desirable.Excellent project management and leadership skillsEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trendsStrong problem-solving skillSalary and Benefits:£35000 - £45000Regular Team Socials, Events and CelebrationsCompany Bonus and Incentive Schemes24 Days Holiday Plus Bank HolidaysRegular Training and Development OpportunitiesCareer Growth and Progression Opportunities – it’s a fast growing business!On Site ParkingOpportunities to travel internationally3PM Finish on FridaysFoodie Friday – The Company buys lunch once a monthWorking hours:· Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5:30pm· Friday – 7am to 3pmJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
