This is an amazing opportunity for someone to lead the CRM function.THE ROLE OF CRM MANAGER:Specify, communicate, and measure against key CRM KPIs to drive improvements across CRM performance (incl. email performance & retention strategies)Create, enhance, and maintain automation using nurturing workflowsWork with the wider marketing team to define audience segmentation and the creation of newsletters & other email communicationsSet up lead scoring across all brands, and create processes around lead handoverAct as the company's in-house expert on deliverability; monitoring deliverability scores, trouble-shooting any issuesSetup and run reports and dashboards when required by sales and management to provide relevant dataEnsure all processes you and all users execute are compliant both within internal practices and external laws & regulationsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE CRM MANAGER ROLE:Minimum 3 year's experience in online CRM marketing Proven experience of managing retention and CRM programmes and database managementProven track record of working in a sales/driven commercial trading environmentAn understanding of the current data protection and privacy legislation
