As the Head of Site Operations, you will provide dynamic leadership to our teams, driving the safe and compliant execution of our operations while consistently pursuing improvements in profitability and enhancing both customer and colleague experiences. Your role will involve overseeing site teams to ensure they deliver exceptional service in line with company policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly evaluating and refining processes and systems to foster continuous growth and efficiency.Main responsibilitiesEnsure the company’s Health and Safety Policy is effectively implemented and all legal requirements are met. Work with recruitment and training to enhance site efficiency and KPIs.Prepare and manage annual budgets with challenging yet achievable targets. Track record of driving revenue, controlling costs, and optimising EBIT%/Profit.Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing large, high-performing teams across multiple locations.Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong ability to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve disputes effectively.Demonstrate ability to create and sustain a safe working environment while driving continuous improvements.Capable of translating strategic and annual objectives into actionable plans, with a focus on strong governance and a hands-on approach to ensure sustainable change.Experience working collaboratively with Trade Union representatives.
