Conduct initial outreach to engage potential clients and introduce our solutions.Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the CEO and the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring all parties are well-prepared.Sales Metrics Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and overall engagement effectiveness.Operational Support: Oversee the efficient scheduling of the CEO’s meetings, appointments, and travel plans, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all business-related activities.Document Preparation: Assist in preparing meeting agendas, gathering materials, and managing follow-up action items.
