Reward & Data Analyst12 months FTCLondon/Hybrid working£400-500 day rate inside IR35Network HR have partnered exclusively with a small, boutique Insurance firm for the hire of an experienced Reward & Data Analyst on a 12 month FTC. Reporting into the Reward, Benefits & Wellbeing Lead, the Reward & Data Analyst will provide a full and confidential Analyst support service to the delivery of the Group’s reward strategy, including administration of short-and long-term incentives, market surveys and benefits. The role will also focus on the production of regular MI reporting and analysis for the HR function and the wider business, and development of the HR Information System. Other responsibilities will include:Reward, Data and ReportingAnalytical support to the HR function through delivery of benchmarking data and job evaluation for ongoing HR processes, such as recruitment and promotions.Assist in the administration of short- and long-term incentive plans, including share plans.Prepare and run monthly/quarterly MI reports and provide relevant and timely executive reporting and as required.Respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders through clear and analysis of reward data. Assist in cyclical reporting activities such as Gender Pay GapManage dashboards and key reporting data held in the HR Information System, such as resource management.Assist in configuration and development of the HR Information System - managing user templates, workflows.Ensure the HR Information System holds clean and accurate data through ongoing checks and of entries by HR team.Compensation and BenefitsResponsible for the preparation and reconciliation of payroll costing files.Assist in the monthly delivery of the Group’s global benefit administration, including payments to pension providers and other third-party providers, and resolve any issues and queries.To maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, external pay and benefit providers and other third-party providers and ensure Service Level Agreements are consistently met.To ensure all monthly Financial Controls (FCF) are prepared, completed, and approved in line with the deadlines agreed with Finance.To ensure the Working Procedures Manuals are maintained and kept up to date.To respond in a professional and timely manner to the HR team and staff queries.What will you need to be successful:Proven experience working as a Reward/Data Analyst.Ability to work to tight deadlines, adapt to changing requirements and work within a team.Must have advanced technology skills and be highly numerate and skilled at data analysis and manipulationExperience in configuring and developing HR Information Systems.Must have ability to work to strict deadlines with an excellent level of attention to detail.Must have excellent inter-personal and communication skills.If you would like to learn more then please share an updated cv with Charlie.garside@networkhr.co.uk or apply via the link.
