Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
This internship will provide valuable experience in HR practices within an agricultural setting, supporting up to 1600 employees across multiple farm locations. The successful candidate will gain insights into various HR functions and develop practical skills under the guidance of experienced HR professionals.
