Accounts Receivable Management
- Customer Relationships: Working closely with the credit management team to manage customer relationships and optimise credit limits and payment terms.
- Team Management: Leading, developing, motivating, and managing the performance of the team and ensuring an optimally skilled, motivated, and high-performance team.
- Reporting: Providing regular reporting to management on accounts receivable performance, highlighting any areas of concern or potential risk.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Skill Set - Managing a team including supervisors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, at least 3 of which is in a Management role.
