Our client delivers projects across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, defence, nuclear, government and education.Our client is now looking for a Project Manager to take overall responsibility and accountability for the business unit’s growth and success. You will be working for their Facilities Management Division overseeing a large site based within White City.The ideal candidate will either be Electrically or Mechanically bias overseeing projects from start to finish, building relationships with clients and making sure projects are delivered to the highest standards.Responsibilities: Proven track record of leading successful projects and working within a large site teamStrong technical knowledge and proven ability orchestrating and evaluating the design and installation process with the various stakeholders and end user clientsWithin a team, able to assist and prepare conceptual and detailed project documentationCustomer facing with good verbal and written communicationsGood IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, company quality documents and provide commercial assistanceStrong Health & Safety culture with an assertive and proactive ability to ensure compliance with compliant and project proceduresExcellent organisational skills and an ability to priorities own works as well as support othersAbility to manage Electrical operatives for packages works inclusive of all relevant sub-contractors that are employed as specialistsAbility to work to a detailed programme of works embracing all stages of the construction processes to deliver the project on time and in line with contractual obligationsEnsuring successful implementation and completion and demonstrations of the project commissioning and handover procedures together with its associated documentation and achieve total customer satisfactionRequires knowledge of industry and regulatory codes and standards, and design criteria pertinent to the design, engineering and construction of power, utilities and infrastructure sectorLiaise with Technical Manager to ensure design and works comply with client design/engineering management and quality management system proceduresDevelopment of scope documents for tenders and procurement processesRequirements: Previous Electrical or Mechanical Engineering ExperienceGood knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical building servicesHNC/HND in building services is advantageousAbility to develop scope documents for tenders and procurement processesExperience in all aspect of LV / HV power and lightingUnderstand the process of delivery for NEC projectsExperience in BMS and Controls advantageous nut not essentialBe able to read drawings and schematics and schedulesUnderstand the RIBA plan of works and BSRIA BG6Be able to demonstrate experience with GRIP 4 design platformsBe able to demonstrate experience on Rail and LUL projects (Minimum 3 years)Strong team playerFull, clean driving licenseHow to applyPlease send your CV to the email address detailed below.
