Are you an experienced administrator who enjoys following processes, with excellent attention to detail? You will be supporting a team within a busy administrative role, processing documents and liaising with a variety of parties to ensure information is gathered on time and with accuracy.
The role: - Uploading information onto various systems
- Gathering documentation and ensuring they are checked for the correct details
- Chasing outstanding customer documents
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers, handling queries and providing updates
- Providing information to the team and updating on work flow
- Using various systems
- Supporting the office with a variety of administrative and customer service tasks
You'll need: - Recent experience working within a busy administrative role
- Strong systems experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
