Account Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 3 PM - 12 AM (Monday - Friday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess many of the skills required by our Payroll Specialists, including excellent customer service abilities, a strong phone presence, and a keen attention to detail. The role demands a quick learner who is comfortable working with computer systems and has experience in payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships.
- Handle phone communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain accurate records and manage client accounts with strong attention to detail.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Utilize payroll experience to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll or a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong phone presence.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems.
- Comfortable working remotely during specified hours.
- Must have own laptop and stable internet speed.
