Requirements
We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to ensure that each guest's experience, from arrival to departure, is smooth and enjoyable, adhering to all established policies and procedures. This role involves meeting guest needs and providing support to colleagues across various departments when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills and excellent administrative abilities.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English (in person and via phone).
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent people skills.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships across all departments, cultures, and religions.
- Comfort in interacting with distinguished clientele.
- Well-presented with a friendly, helpful, and outgoing demeanor.
- Natural warmth, punctuality, self-discipline, and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
