Your new role
You will be acting as a front of house concierge providing Client Suite security for the law firm. This entails welcoming and directing visitors, clients, partners and employees as well as handling any safety concerns and carrying out security patrols. This role requires an SIA licence but is well suited to someone with corporate front of house experience as you will also be setting up meeting rooms and providing event support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills.
- A background in corporate environments, and to be corporate presenting.
- An in-date SIA licence.
- The ability to assess and handle any security risks that may occur.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Experience with basic administration duties.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good IT skills.
