As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the menu specifications.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Enhanced DBS check (Required).
- Food Safety Certificate Level 2 (Required).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
