Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a Midlands based Housing Association with their recruitment of an interim Customer Service Officer.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the housing sector.
What will you do in the role?
- Be the first point of contact for residents, providers, stakeholders and members of the public.
- Deliver an exceptional and professional customer service, listening to residents and taking appropriate action, escalating to specialist teams where appropriate.
- To manage all customer care cases individually and as a part of team, that provides a resolution and communication is maintained throughout.
Who would excel in this role?
- Expereince in working within the housing sector, ideally working with first point of contact.
- Understanding of Salesforce IT System and Word.
- Great team player.
