We are currently working with a specialist company in their industry and due to growth within the business they are looking to expand the customer service team. This role is also based full time Monday to Friday in the office.
Your role would involve
- Dealing with all incoming and outbound calls offering a very personal service to all customers
- Preparing quotations
- Offering a bespoke service to all customers
- Sending out confirmations to customers
- Updating in house system
- General admin
Our client is looking for someone like you
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Excellent attention to detail

- Excellent IT skills
- Team player
