PayAlly provides international and local payments, multicurrency account, currency exchange, debit cards, card issuing and payments gateway.Main responsibilities:To help build out the Compliance plan. This is to establish further compliance controls which relate to training, advisory, MI and reporting, Policies and procedures, systems, and controls.To perform Quality Assurance on the onboarding of 1st line account opening and Transaction monitoring and screeningTo review existing Policies and procedures and build out requirements in line with regulatory and company changes – ongoingTo assist with Advisory queries to the first line and stakeholders and provide sign off where necessary providersTrain staff and management concerning financial crime and compliance requirements/guidelinesWork closely with third party auditors on requestsOther responsibilities include reviewing escalation reports from the staff with regards to suspicious activity - SARsOverseeing legal and regulatory watch of the current regulations and how they impact the business – Horizon scanningPreparing compliance reports and MI data for boars and relevant authoritiesAdvise staff on relevant legislation and firm policies relating to AML, regulatory compliance, Sanctions, Anti-bribery and corruption and FraudPreparing and responding to requests related to queries arising from law enforcement and other regulatory agencies.Experience required:Minimum 2 years compliance experienceStrong knowledge and understanding of the MLR17, FCA handbook, JMLSG Guidance and FATF GuidelinesThe ideal candidate would have experience in either a Payments firm, banking or similarKnowledge of FX, payments and acquiring is desirable but not mandatoryStrong attention to detail & time managementExcellent written & verbal communication skills.Benefits:Private medical insurance (after probation period)25 days of annual leaveBirthday leaveSalary 55k per annum
