The role includes but is not limited to personal and commercial underwriting:
- Processing renewals, endorsements, new business, and quotes as allocated by the Account Executives.
- Filing of documentation on the system.
- Cancellation retentions.
- General admin support for Account Executives.
- Invoicing, allocating premiums, managing unpaid debit orders and refunds.
- Manage policy-related premium queries.
- Risk management in terms of Binder requirements.
