As well must have a strong understanding of electrical background to assist clientele and employees.
You will be responsible for generating new leads, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships while ensuring that all activities align with sound business practices and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze and interpret data to develop actionable insights that support business growth.
- Identify target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify potential clients and determine their needs, interests, and challenges.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proposal Development, Negotiation & Financial Analysis:
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Analyze financial aspects of proposals, including cost structures, profit margins, and return on investment, to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and accounting teams to ensure compliance, manage risk, and align with business processes.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and product development, to execute growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the success of business development activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Business Process & Efficiency Improvement:
- Evaluate and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that business development efforts are aligned with organizational processes and standards.
- Utilize knowledge of accounting and business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive growth and profitability.
- Networking & Relationship Building:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Build a strong network of contacts within the industry to stay informed of trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and business processes.
- Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Experience in (industry-specific experience if necessary) is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficient in financial analysis, accounting software, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
