We are seeking a full-time Office/Customer Service Representative to support our daily operations and assist customers remotely. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Gmail, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks (Qb) for creating estimates and invoices.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and WhatsApp.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Perform various back-office tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory), Google Sheets, and Gmail.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, particularly in native-level English.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Stable Wi-Fi connection and own laptop are required.
