Creditors Administrator (6-month Contract)

Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Creditors Administrator for a 6-month contract at their Durban office to conduct creditor accounting & administration.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or related
- 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit information for relevant accruals
- Prepare ledger balances & an initial trial balance, including all reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, & supporting documentation
- Administer banking systems & reports
- Load all new creditors
- Load weekly bank transfers
- Prepare cash forecasts
- Update & maintain the cashbook, including bank reconciliations outstanding items
- Process all issued checks on the system (creating a journal)
- Process statutory payments on eFiling
- Prepare credit applications
- Reconcile creditors balance to creditors statements & resolve queries
- Prepare & submit creditor payments
- Maintain creditor master files
