An Award Winning Game Reserve is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team. You must have previous experience working on a Large Big 5 Game Reserve managing a Maintenance Team.

- Budgeting for maintenance activities and cost control

- Supervising and training maintenance staff
- Suppliers and Contractor Management
- Compliance and Safety Regulations
- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with local regulations and safety standards
- Emergency Response
- Customer Service Skills
- Technology and Software
Applicants should have an inclination and passion for the technical aspects of a high-end lodge operation.
The position is a live-in position working on a 6 week on 2 week off rotation (Single Live in, No Pets). All board and lodging included. 50% towards medical aid included. 7.5% company contribution of gross salary added to a 7.5% personal deduction of gross salary (15% total) toward company provident fund.
