MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support a holistic human resources business and employee enablement service utilising human resources tools and services to facilitate a positive, sustainable employee experience within a value-based culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Support Business Performance through people management enablement
- Facilitate Human Resources Service Delivery
- Support workforce and remuneration management
- Coordinate employee wellness and engagement initiatives and related events
- Enable transformation through fair HR practice
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Diploma in Human Resources
DESIRED EDUCATION: None
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources or related environment
