Manage a Team responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to service the needs for the Africa sector.Key Responsibilities
- Talent sourcing
- Oversee the candidate recruitment life cycle/experience
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.
- Manage the Recruitment Team
- Manage Onboarding Process
- Record management.
- Conduct benchmarking and implement Talent Acquisition Best Practices
- Develop stakeholder relationships for effective management of the process
- Remain updated on best practices in recruitment
- Initiate process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements: - Degree in HR, Psychology, Business
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in recruitment with strong knowledge of HR related functions
- Sound business acumen
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, talent acquisition specialist or similar.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
