Main Role
- Efficient and accurate management of Payroll process for more than 100 staff
- Accurate leave capturing
- Accurate and timeous reporting
- Ensuring 100% compliance with EE, B-BBEE and SETA statutory submissions and reporting
- IR function (Statutory compliance/Disciplinary process)
- Recruitment
- Training
- Ensure company remains up to date with all HR related statutory compliance
Experience Required - Min 5 years' experience owning the processing of payroll for more than 100 staff
- More than 5 years' experience with Industrial Relation functions
- More than 5 years' experience working with recruitment and training processes
- More than 5 years' experience with EE, B-BBEE and SETA
- Advanced Excel
- Computer literate in MS Office suite
- Above average in numeracy and mathematical skills
