Job Summary: A large established company is looking for a Retention Manager to assist the business in retaining their existing customers and optimizing them throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end retention
- Implementing, monitoring, and reporting
- Execute robust retention-based marketing strategies across a wide range of channels
- Drive strategy to support operational excellence and business transformation
- Drive optimization through relevant and innovative business concepts
- Stay abreast of technology
- Enhance customer experience & offerings
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure we are maximizing customer experience, efficiency, profitability, and productivity

Remuneration:
- Salary of up to R65,000 per month depending on experience
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, and/or Business Management (NQF 5)
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in CRM-related campaigns that revolve around retention and acquisition offers
- Experience in CRM-related platforms, online Gaming Platforms, Microsoft to a skilled degree
- BI and project management experience that involves retention processes
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end web design (WordPress, Strapi, or similar)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search, Google Ads, Facebook Business Meta
- Experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
