Requirements
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles and best practices
- Experience in managing and coordinating vendor and contractor services
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
