Minimum Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar strategic sales role managing multiple sites, preferably within the ICT/ tech industry.
- Strong leadership, strategic, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Actively promote our products and services to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and client engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new markets to drive business growth.
- Ensure sales contracts align with legal and corporate standards.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success.
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and enhance team performance in client acquisition and sales.
- Continuously monitor and improve sales processes based on market insights and customer needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth within the sales team.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on effective sales techniques and best practices.
